referred to as “this Privacy Policy”) in order to

- MGIWH is bound by the Privacy Act

engage the organisation so that MGIWH may provide you
with financial planning, tax, audit and other primary

telephone, fax or email.
- When you post MGIWH information we
may store the contents to help in the preparation of
your Income Tax Return and Financial Statements. We
may record your postal address or fax number and contact
you and send you our Newsletters or Tax Briefings.
- When you send MGIWH an e-mail, we
may record your email address and contact you and send
you our Newsletters or Tax Briefings.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
FROM OUR WEBSITE?
- When you submit information to our
Site, MGIWH will collect personally identifiable information
from you that may include your name, business and company
name, e-mail address, residential and business address
and other such information necessary to provide you
with the services offered by the Site.
- As a general principle, MGIWH will
only collect personally identifiable information that
is needed to operate the Site, to provide you with
the services offered by the Site and to communicate
to you information and services that MGIWH believe
would be of interest to you.

Site. This information helps us evaluate how visitors
and subscribers use and navigate the Site on an aggregate

Income Tax Return accurately or offer the service requested.
- MGIWH collects the Information to
provide you with a specific service. For example,
we may use the Information you provide us to complete
your Income Tax Return, prepare Financial Statements,
prepare Cashflow Forecasts, and Budget Projections,
Analyse your Financial Security or other primary purpose
services.
WHY DOES MGIWH COLLECT THE INFORMATION
AND HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION USED BY MGIWH?
- MGIWH also uses the Information to
send you information (either by e-mail, fax or post)
that you request. If at any time you receive material
that you did not request or do not want to receive
such material any more, please contact us.
- MGIWH may use the Information you
provide on our Website for the purposes for which you
specifically provided the information, including providing
you with feed back or advice about services offered
by MGIWH or informing you about upcoming seminars,
events and conferences;
WHO DOES MGIWH DISCLOSE PERSONAL

- MGIWH will not sell, rent, trade
or otherwise supply to third parties any personal information
obtained from you unless you consent.
- MGIWH will disclose this information
to the Australian Taxation Office and Australian Securities & Investment
Commission, and other government bodies required by

to Prosperitus Pty Ltd to allow
the company to complete the financial planning matters
that you have requested they attend to.
- MGIWH does not engage subcontractors
and therefore will not provide any personal information
to them.
- MGIWH develops aggregate (ie. not
individual) reports, which incorporate some of the
Information. The reports are for use by our business
partners. However, these reports do not include any
personally identifiable information.
HOW WILL MGIWH KEEP YOUR PERSONAL
INFORMATION SECURE?
MGIWH has security measures designed
to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration
of the Information under its control.
These
security measures are:
- Restricted Access: Our computer network
is protected by a password system with regular changes,
which are enforced.
- Anti-virus software is installed
and is updated daily.
- Our servers (main data storage areas)
are protected from loss of power by Uninterruptable
Power Supply units.
- Computer operating system updates
are installed regularly to maintain a high level of
data protection.
- MGIWH have installed an Internet
Firewall to protect our computer network against computer
hackers and intruders.
- MGIWH have clauses in employee agreements
requiring confidentiality

MGIWH gives you the following options
for accessing and modifying Information previously provided:
- You may gain access to Information
that MGIWH has collected about you, by contacting the
person named below. MGIWH will not charge you for responding
to such a request, unless we incur costs in providing
the information.

Fax, or Email to notify us of any corrections/updates
to the information we hold.
